River kicked up the grass and stabbed his sword in the ground multiple times before finally stopping at Thalia's Pine and leaning against it, watching the dragon.

Valerie saw River by Thalias pine and stoped running. She walked up the hill without noticeing the gash marks and stoped by the dragon,"River?"

River turned his head away from her and pulled his hood over his head, he was wearing all his gear given to him by the gods. This included the green ring that lets him control storms and lightning (when angry), his jacket that melts into armor, his arm guard that turns into a weapon, and a silver ring on the same finger as the green ring that lets him think clearly. He fiddled with the green ring before taking it off, so Val couldn't tell his emotions.

Valerie sighed heavily. She saw him take off his green ring so she figured he was upset. She stood infront of River and pointed to the spot next to him,"May I sit?"

River shrugged, not responding with anything vocal. He watched the dragon, careful to scoot over far enough from Val so they weren't touching.

"I didnt-!" She took a deep breath to calm down,"I didnt kiss him. He kissed me." She looked at him sadly and the wind started blowing lightly,"Do you really think I would do that?"

Tears started to form at her eyes. It was quiet for a while,"I would never do that. Weve been seperated because Ive been on Olympus and things have been hectic...but all through that Ive loved you and only you." She looked away because tears started to fall down her cheeks,"Im not a vampire anymore."

River shook his head, "Its not for you. Its the fact that I need to be alone for a while. Its over, Val. I'm sorry. Maybe if I sort out the things with Logan and Aaron...but I just can't deal with a girlfriend right now." He turned away from her and walked down the hill, into the real world, and away from camp. His gear and backpack in hand.
