Murphy lead Daniel to the Big House. Once he was in an ear shot, he shouted, "Chiron!" The centaur trotted out and frowned as he saw Daniel.
"A Roman? What's he doing here? The only Roman's I know are Aaron, and Parker. They're here on friendly terms, but this boy.." He studied Daniel's ragged apperence. "He looks like he was in a battle."
Murphy hauled Daniel onto the porch. "His name's Daniel Shoffner, Terra's brother."
"So..he's a child of Demeter?" Murphy shrugged.
"If he was a child of Demeter, he'd be here." He grabbed Daniel's forearm and turned it over to see his Roman tattoo. It was cornucopia, SPQR, and 10 lines. "He's a son of Ceres, Demeter's Roman form."
