Iggy waited for Samantha. He was sitting in tree wearing a white V-neck, black skinny jeans, white converse and a fedora. He whistled, "It's a Small World."

"Well your not very sneaky", Samantha said with a laugh looking up at him through the trees. She climbed up the tree next to him. "What's up?, she asked putting her hand in his.

Iggy smiled. "I don't try to be sneaky." He watched her climb up and sit in the tree. "I've got something for you." He took out a small box and threw it to her. Inside was a necklace. (Necklace: www.romancestuck.com/images/giftidea/missingpiecenecklace.gif ) He tugged on the chain around his neck and showed her the other half. He smiled, and said, "My mom got me these. When he sent me off she said, 'Now, while you're training to become a hero, why not get a girl'." He laughed at his mother's words. Then his smiled faded. "You know, I've been thinking...we could leave camp. Survive on our own." |

Samantha's smile faded at the thought of leaving. she would be leaving everything she had ever known since childhood. Chiron had basically brought her up as his own daughter. Even though she had been seeing less and less of him she still had a fatherly connection to him. "I don't know", she said her voice shaking, "I've only been out of camp once, and that once was through the Labrynth." She gave a nervous laugh, "I guess you could say I'm the most senior member of camp, but I don't care about my position. No ones never asked so I've never told. Thechnicly speaking I could be senior counselor in the Apollo cabin, but I let Nicki take care of it. She's far better at all most everything." She looked at Iggy, her brown eyes filled with sadness, "I wouldn't last that long out there. Even with you."

Iggy nodded. "I understand. I can't force you to do things." Now to think of it,Iggy thought, If we did leave camp, there's a big possibility that she would find me. A expression of disgust appeared of his face as he thought about her.
(RANDOM SPAM: My mom got me a chocolate frog and now it has one eyes *laughs evilly)

Samantha saw his look of disgust. "What's wrong?", she asked worry crossing her face.
(Poor frog! Alll though the same would probably happen if it were with me *laughs*)

Iggy hid his expression with a grin. "Nothing." He lied, then he thought about it. "Only old problems. But, nothing to worry about, I solved them long ago." He noticed a peek of brown on the tip of his white hair. He glanced at Samantha and laughed. "I need to get a shower, I'll see ya later." Then he ran off to get his stuff from his cabin, then to the shower house.

Samantha watched Iggy go. Something deffinetly was not all right. Whatever it was she wasn't sure. He woul probably tell her at some point. She sat in the tree thinking. She had no parents. Well if you counted Apollo as a father it wasn't the same. Eveyone here was all she cared about. If one of her closest friends died she would completly break down as if they were her family. She sighed and jumped from the tree. I have to stop thinking about that, she thought, hopefully a run will.clear my head. Then she ran deeper into the woods.

Samantha stopped in a small clearing to catch her breath. She sat against a tree and looked up at th sky. The sun warmed her cold limbs where they had cooled from her run she took some deep breaths. She wished her mother were still alive. "Stop it", she told herself, "your never gonna get to know her so stop wondering."

Iggy went looking for Samantha. He didn't know where to start looking so he went into the forest. He found her sitting in a clearing. He sighed and stepped toward her. "Hey, Samantha...I guess I owe you an explaination." He sat right next to her, and noticed her expression. "Something wrong.

He sighed, then continued. "First off...did you notice my hair? Nevermind...First, I used to have perfect vision...and my hair was brown, not white." He waited for her to ask questions, because he didn't feel like telling the whole thing at once.

Iggy's throat tightened. "..Lamia...she pretended to be my mother. Always wanted to eat a Big Three child..." He paused and took a deep breath. "I tried to run away from her, but she found me. During the fight, she made me blind."
